Scalable DevOps, K8S, Jenkins, OpenShift solution

▪ Implement enterprise-scale AIOps machine learning solutions to automate the detection, consolidation, and remediation of alerts, events, and metrics of a platform
▪ To lead AI/ML initiatives to bring AIOps in infrastructure in the areas of end-to-end QoE for end-users, network analytics, configuration management, capacity planning, and fault management. Working closely with product management to help in the development of an AI/ML strategy and drive implementations of solutions that address real-world problems for a customer
▪ Proactively and continuously drive platform-wide quality improvements enabling development groups to move faster by analyzing key SLO/SLI metrics as well as enabling and embracing a postmortem culture
▪ Implementing and managing an Automated testing plan across the DevOps cycle
▪ Optimizing performance, health, and scaling up/down the platforms based on load (requests capacity plan and data capacity plans)
▪ Establishing and monitoring operational dashboards and work queues
▪ Implementing security controls of BaaS, KaaS, CaaS, DBaaS, DWaaS, IaaS, SaaS, PaaS, MBaaS platforms and microservices-based infrastructures
